Accounting and Reporting Unit

Responsibilities:

• Maintain budget records, collect and evaluate data on budget implementation results.
• Prepare the final account of the budget and financial statistics.
• Accrue administration revenues, carry out tracking and collection processes for income and receivables.
• Prepare summary tables related to movable and immovable properties owned or used by the administration.
• Carry out and finalize financial affairs and transactions that require follow-up with other administrations.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with the relevant legislation, transparently and in an accessible manner, and prepare financial reports and statements.
• Safeguard accounting books, records, and documents related to accounting services for the periods specified in the relevant legislation.
• Perform tasks related to payment of expenses to rightful owners, handling and storing cash and cash-equivalent values, handling custodies, and recording and reporting all financial transactions.
